Policies

No call/no show appointments:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full price of the service missed. We ask that you respect our time, as we greatly respect yours.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled at least three hours before the appointment time. It is on you to cancel your appointment online. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through clicking “View Reservation” in the appointment confirmation that was sent via email. Failure to cancel before our three hour cancellation policy with result in being charged for the full price of the service missed.

Late Policy:

If you are going to arrive seven or more minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for the full price of service. Call us as soon as you know you’re going to be late and let us know how late you’re going to be, so we can try to accommodate your service to the best of our ability, or ask you to reschedule.
