Booking Policies
No-Show
If you miss a scheduled appointment without canceling, the credit card on file will be charged the full price of the service. We hold your spot and turn away other clients — we ask that you hold yours.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 3 hours before your appointment. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside the 3-hour window are charged the full service fee.
Late Arrival
Arriving 7 or more minutes late requires a mandatory reschedule, and the full service fee applies. If you are running behind, call your location immediately — your barber may be able to accommodate you, but that is at their discretion.
Payment
All major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash are accepted at all locations. No booking fee. Payments processed through Squire.
